A 100% Pinot Noir champagne, the speciality of this area, it is fresh, fruity, mellow and great for entertaining guests. Flavours of red and black berries comes through, with a great length and body. On the finish, notes of dried apricots and honey. This champagne has just picked up another Gold medal in the Concours Général Agricole 2013. An extremely rare gem from the heart of Champagne. 100% Pinot Blanc, this is a Blanc de Blancs like no other. Pinot Blanc is a speciality of the area around Buxeuil in Côte des Bar; a champagne pale in colour with green tints, a marriage of flavours between the body of Pinot Noir and the finesse of Chardonnay. Gained two stars (“Outstanding”) in the Guide Hachette 2011.
