This Brut Nature has no added sugar, which means it is even less calorific than other champagnes! When the sediment is disgorged, most champagnes have a small amount of sugared liqueur added to the bottle. However, this exquisite 100% Pinot Noir champagne is the drink in its purest form with only the natural sugar from the grapes, amounting to 2g per bottle. Earned 2 stars in the Guide Hachette 2011.
One of our best selling champagnes and top award-winners, showing the very best of Les Riceys' terroir. A 100% Pinot Noir champagne, the speciality of this area, it is fresh, fruity, mellow and great for entertaining guests. Flavours of red and black berries comes through, with a great length and body. On the finish, notes of dried apricots and honey. This champagne has just picked up another Gold medal in the Concours Général Agricole 2013. Great as an aperitif or with darker meats.
An extremely rare gem from the heart of Champagne. 100% Pinot Blanc, this is a Blanc de Blancs like no other. Pinot Blanc is a speciality of the area around Buxeuil in Côte des Bar; a champagne pale in colour with green tints, a marriage of flavours between the body of Pinot Noir and the finesse of Chardonnay. Gained two stars (“Outstanding”) in the Guide Hachette 2011.
A typical entrepreneurial Champenois family, the lady of the house manages their modern tourist accommodation whilst two of the 3 sons work the champagne business. With all champagnes aged for a minimum of five years, this champagne boasts candied fruit flavours and a great length. Great with puddings.
